The roads around Hanworth Park are among the quieter addresses we work at — good standing, room to manoeuvre, and few of the timing pressures that apply closer to the A312.
The southern edge
Towards Sunbury the stock changes gradually and our patch runs out. We work the edge; beyond it is somebody else's ground and we would rather point you there than cover roads we would only see occasionally. See areas we cover.

What is the housing like?
Mostly interwar and post-war semis and terraces with driveways, plus ex-council stock and newer infill. Consistent, well-proportioned and generally easy to load.
Is parking straightforward?
More often than not. Driveways across much of it and an unrestricted kerb on most roads. A handful of the tighter terraced streets want an early start.
Do the volumes surprise people?
Regularly. These are houses families have been in a long time, and the loft, garage and shed between them frequently hold as much as a room does.
Do you go towards Sunbury?
To the edge, yes. Further out is a different patch and we will say so rather than quoting for roads we would only see occasionally.
